The Chromebooks will be available to students, grades 1 – 12, on the following dates and times at the Cairo Junior/Senior High School cafeteria:

 

     Monday, March 1, 2021: from 8AM to 3PM

     Thursday, March 18, 2021: from 4PM to 7PM

     Friday, March 19, 2021: from 8AM to 12PM

 

In order to receive a Chromebook as compared to an iPad, you will need to return each iPad and USB charger with cable, as well as pay a $25 non-refundable maintenance fee for each family. This maintenance fee will help cover the upkeep of your child’s Chromebook, as well as extra USB chargers in the event your child’s charger becomes damaged or lost. The $25 payment will only be accepted in cash (exact amount only), check, or money order. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. Note: Chromebooks will be returned by the end of the school year.

 

We believe the Chromebooks will provide a solid foundation in distance learning, allowing teachers to better engage students during this challenging time.
