Pictured above 7th and 8th graders from Cairo Jr. High School participate in the SIUC Aviation Tour at the SIU Airport in Murphysboro, IL on November 16, 2023.
The students toured several aircraft including small Cessnas, personal jets, and a Boeing 737. The students were guided through by students from the SIUC Department of Aviation Management and Flight on aviation careers. The students learned that there is an endless possibility of careers in aviation.
