Student board representatives can meaningfully participate in the governance process of their district, learn essential democratic skills, and represent and advocate for their peers. Harmonei and Aimya will attend all regularly scheduled meetings, and act in an advisory capacity providing student voice on issues brought before the Board.

The Board may not grant the student member any voting privileges, but shall consider the student member as an advisor. The student advisor may not participate in or attend any executive session of the Board. We are very proud of our student leaders, who are senior students in the district.
